What is your premium glass?
Basco's Infinity enclosures prove that less is more with a spacious frameless design. The 1/4” thick glass features polished edges for a beautiful balance of elegance and performance in sliding, swing, or door and panel settings. Does Basco offer a glass that you cannot see through and offers me privacy?
Basco offers
several varieties of obscure glass patterns
. A majority of our units are available in Obscure, Rain, Fluted and Autumn which limit the visibility into the shower.

What steps can be taken to fix a tub that is out of level?
We have a tapered leveling strap to level up the bottom track. When ordering, indicate how much surface is out of level.

What do I do about a wall that is out of plumb?
If your wall is 3/8" or more out of plumb, we recommend a tapered wall filler/part #SCX850. You should order for how much wall is out of plumb and what side (right/left) and for the model of shower door you have.

What does frameless and semi-frameless mean?
Frameless will have minimal amount of framing around the door and panels for support. Semi frameless may have framing around the entire opening but not around the actual door panel itself. This will vary from model to model.

Does Basco offer a totally frameless door?
Roda by Basco
offers the greatest amount of luxury with the least amount of framing. All shower doors require a minimal amount of framing or hardware to ensure support.

What does powder-coating mean?
Basco has it's own finishing system that protects your door's luster and shine. For all painted products durable polyester resin is baked on the surface to create an impenetrable moisture shield.
